This Site is operated by StackMob and has been created to provide information about our company and its mobile application platform services (the “StackMob Services“) to our users (“you”, “your”). This Privacy Policy sets forth StackMob’s policy with respect to information including personally identifiable data (“Personal Data“) and other information that is collected from Site visitors and users of the StackMob Services.

Information We Collect:

When you interact with us through the Site or StackMob Services, we may collect Personal Data and other information from you, as further described below:

Personal Data That You Provide Through the Site: We collect Personal Data, such as name, email address, and company name, from you when you voluntarily provide such information, such as when you register for access to the StackMob Services, use certain StackMob Services, contact us with inquiries or respond to one of our surveys. Wherever StackMob collects Personal Data we make an effort to provide a link to this Privacy Policy.  We also collect Personal Data when you choose to register or create an account with one of our partners in connection with your use of the StackMob Services.

StackMob collects information under the direction of its clients, and has no direct relationship with the individuals whose personal data it processes. Choice: We collect information for our clients, if you are a customer of one of our clients and would no longer like to be contacted by one of our clients that use our service, please contact the client that you interact with directly. Service Provider, Sub-Processors/Onward Transfer: StackMob may transfer personal information to companies that help us provide our service. Transfers to subsequent third parties are covered by the provisions in this policy regarding notice and choice and the service agreements with our clients. Access to Data Controlled by our Clients: StackMob has no direct relationship with the individuals whose personal data it processes. An individual who seeks access, or who seeks to correct, amend, or delete inaccurate data should direct his query to the StackMob’s client (the data controller). If the client requests StackMob to remove the data, we will respond to their request within 30 business days. Data Retention: StackMob will retain personal data we process on behalf of our clients for as long as needed to provide services to our client. StackMob will retain and use this personal information as necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.

StackMob uses the Personal Data you provide in a manner that is consistent with this Privacy Policy. If you provide Personal Data for a certain reason, we may use the Personal Data in connection with the reason for which it was provided. For instance, if you contact us by e-mail, we will use the Personal Data you provide to answer your question or resolve your problem. Also, if you provide Personal Data in order to obtain access to the StackMob Services or to register for the services of our partners, we (and our partners) will use your Personal Data to provide you with access to such services and to monitor your use of such services.
